Nicola Miller

Bsc (Hons) Therapeutic Studies. Gestalt Diploma. Energetic Integration Diploma.

For nearly 30 years I’ve been practising Body Psychotherapy in Leeds. In that time I've learned from those I've been fortunate to work with and integrated many different approaches and skills with the help of trainings, supervision and life experience.

Being trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Energetic Integration, Boarding School Survivor work, the Pesso-Boyden System, multiple further Body psychotherapy trainings and Brainspotting has given me an organic tapestry of ways to be with people and their unique challenges.

Along the way, I have also taught and supervised counselling and psychotherapy trainees, assisted with training therapists in Complex Trauma work with Boarding School Survivors (BSS) and for many years facilitated Womens BSS Workshops.

Outside of a busy practice, I enjoy being outdoors in all weathers, often with my extensive family, and my dog. Recently volunteering with a Peat Restoration Project has nurtured my passion for moorland and discovering new things about this phenomenal world we share.
